This is a fabulous trash to treasure find...I was at my favorite thrift store in Salem, and found 4, shabby chic, shutters for a dollar a piece! I couldn't believe it...what a score! So, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with them. I considered hanging one on either side of my glass slider on my "shabby" patio, but that just wasn't cutting it. I knew I wanted to revamp my crafting/office space, so late one night, while trying to sleep (story of my insomniac life) I planned out a design in my head, based on using the shutters as a room divider....By the end of the next day, I had completely re-arranged and started "styling" my knew "studio space." I am, for whatever reason, really enjoying the use of quotation marks today... Anyway, I love that all it takes is some hinges (I found in the garage) and some body's cast away shutters, and I have a fab room divider that cost me four whole dollars!! And half a nights sleep...
